Corporate Event Confirmation

We require confirmation of your event, either by letter, email or fax, together with minimum numbers.

Once we have finalised all the arrangements, we will forward our Event Summary – along with a copy of your chosen menu and all costings - for you to check and sign, confirming all the details are correct.

Final numbers are required three days before the event date. If numbers fall below the minimum number given in the written confirmation, we do reserve the right to increase the menu price.

We will then forward you our invoice for 75% of the total account, which is payable 14 days prior to the event date. Our final invoice will be sent after the event date, together with any beverage stock sheets signed by the client. The remaining balance is payable 14 days after the event date.

In the event of cancellation, the following maximum charges will apply, with percentages calculated on our estimated food and liquor consumption at selling price:

• With 12 weeks notice or less 25%.
• With 4 weeks notice or less 75%
