Garsan Events was created in 1998, consisting of a partnership of Garry Lawlan and Sandra Lingard. Garry and Sandra both have over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and catering industries, and have an instinctive understanding of what makes a really great corporate event.

Since then, we have built up a portfolio of blue chip clients who consistently return to us to look after their outside catering and corporate hospitality requirements.

Sandra liaises with the clients from start to finish, preparing all the paperwork and bringing the event together at an administrative and organisational level. She then attends each function (yes, every single one!) to oversee the event, ensuring every minute detail is attended to. Your function will never be farmed out to a junior member of staff: Sandra’s presence ensures that a key decision maker with huge experience is ‘on the ground’ and ready to deal with anything!

Garry is foodie! He oversees the quality of our clients’ food from start to finish, liaising with the Chefs and ensuring the end result is second to none. He brings his expertise and experience to every aspect of the catering process, from sourcing ingredients to ordering the equipment and transport, looking after our hardworking and talented staff and generally pulling everything together.
